Landlords: We understand that your priority is to re-let your property quickly and therefore the presentation and condition of your property is of importance to any prospective tenant/agent.

• We always visit the property and work with you to ensure all your needs and requirements are met.

Agents: We have knowledge and understanding of Lettings and management process and have years of experience of working with inventory clerks, check –in/ check-out reports and agents requirements.

• All rooms and cupboards vacuumed
• Woodwork cleaned/washed
• Windows cleaned inside and out
• Check & clean cob webs throughout
